Devon Falls is a waterfall in Sri Lanka, situated 6 km west of Talawakele, Nuwara Eliya District on A7 highway. The falls is named after a pioneer English coffee planter called Devon, whose plantation is situated nearby the falls. The Waterfall is 97 meters high and ranked 19th highest in the Island.

Devon waterfalls of Sri Lanka is one of very beautiful waterfall of Sri Lanka and which is situated at Thalawakale of Sri Lanka. This falls is high above 1159m from sea level. This falls at between Thalawakele and Hatton and situated at 20mile place. This waterfall is height about 98m. We have to walk about kilometer to visit this waterfalls.
Devon waterfall is at Dimbula area of Thalawakele and very closed to St. Clair waterfall. There is a Kovil is at near Devon falls which is for warship of Tamil workers of Tea plantation. There is a bungalow which was made by British governor at 1923 in front of Devon falls. Several hotels and residential places near Devon waterfalls.
Visit Devon waterfall is some what easy task because Devon waterfalls at closed to Nuwaraeliya Hatton Main road. If you want to visit Devon waterfall when you travel to Nuwaraeliya please come in Hatton Thalawakele Nanuoya Nuwaraeliya road. Then you can visit both St. Clair and Devon waterfalls and visit tea estates tea bungalows and also tea factories.
Devon is very beautiful waterfall and don't dirt this place.
